  • We understand that plans can change. As our retreats are intentionally small and places are limited, your booking secures one of a very limited number of places and enables us to make significant commitments to our venue, facilitators and retreat partners.

    48-Hour Cooling-Off Period
    You may cancel your booking within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the retreat has not commenced.

    Cancellation After 48 Hours
    After the 48-hour cooling-off period, retreat fees are non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind.

    If the retreat is sold out, we will maintain a waitlist. Should you need to cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to offer your place to someone on the waitlist. If we are able to successfully fill your place, we will refund your retreat fee less a $250 administration fee.

  • Yes the retreat cost includes GST and all card and booking fees

  • RIZE is designed as a personal, immersive experience, with dedicated time for reflection, rest, connection and renewal. To allow you to fully step away from everyday responsibilities and immerse yourself in the retreat, participants are asked to attend independently, without accompanying family members, children or non-participating partners sharing their accommodation.

  • RIZE has been thoughtfully designed to create a safe, supportive and restorative environment where you can step away from everyday demands and fully engage in the retreat experience.

    All meals are catered throughout the retreat, and we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies when advised in advance.

    To create the conditions for genuine rest, clarity and connection, and to support participants to be fully present throughout the experience, alcohol is not included as part of the RIZE program. A selection of non-alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee will be available throughout the retreat. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately from Lake House; however, we ask that these are enjoyed privately in your room and not during shared retreat sessions or activities.

    RIZE is a drug-free retreat, and the possession or use of illegal substances is not permitted at any time.
