My Story
Helping people thrive has always been my purpose.
As a Medical Specialist, healthcare executive and researcher, I've spent more than two decades working across hospitals, health services and leadership roles. Today, I bring together medical science and evidence-informed wellbeing practices to help individuals, teams and organisations manage stress, build resilience and thrive in demanding environments.
My career has taken me from clinical medicine to executive leadership, board advisory and medical research. Along the way, I've worked across hospitals, health services and organisations, supporting people through change, complexity and high-pressure environments.
Throughout that journey, one thing became increasingly clear: even the most capable people can struggle when stress becomes chronic and recovery is neglected.
That realisation inspired the creation of Rezilliance—a place where the science of Western medicine meets the wisdom of Eastern mind-body practices to help people regulate stress, strengthen resilience and perform sustainably.
Today, I partner with leading experts to deliver practical, evidence-informed programs that help individuals, teams and organisations unlock their potential and create lasting change.
What drives us
“Resilience is more than simply coping with pressure. It’s about developing the capacity to understand and regulate the mind and body, navigate challenge, recover effectively and thrive.”

Our Team
Dr Sue Abhary
Rezilliance grew from Sue’s belief that too many capable people spend their lives pushing through - often at the expense of their own wellbeing, clarity and sense of purpose. She wanted to create something that gave people permission to step out of the noise, reconnect with themselves and build the resilience to live and lead in a more sustainable way.
Through her work in medicine, leadership and coaching, Sue has seen how easily high-performing people can become disconnected from their own needs while continuing to meet the expectations placed on them. Rezilliance reflects her belief that resilience is not simply about coping with more, but about developing the awareness, capacity and support to navigate life with greater intention.
For Sue, Rezilliance is about creating the space for meaningful change not just a temporary escape, but an opportunity to return to life with greater clarity, energy and intention.

Having built her career across Big 4 consulting and enterprise technology, Melissa understands firsthand the demands of high-performance environments and the pressure that can come with constantly striving for the next goal.
She is particularly passionate about supporting women to build successful, ambitious careers without losing themselves in the process. At Rezilliance, she brings that perspective together with her strategic and operational experience to help turn the vision into experiences that genuinely resonate with the people they are designed for.
